It's been 16 years of love, companionship and unique moments. You were more than a cat, you were part of the family, our faithful friend, always there for us on good days and bad.
Your curious gaze, your quiet purrs and the way you curled up to sleep next to us, as if the world would be calmer that way. You gave us so much love, so much tenderness, without ever asking for anything in return, just a lap and a cuddle.
Now the time has come to let you go, and our hearts are heavy. But we know it's the best thing for you. We want you to go in peace, without pain, with the certainty that you were deeply loved.
Your gaze will be missing, your favorite place, the sound of your purring on cold nights. But, in a way, I know you'll always be with us, in the memories, the affection and the love you left behind.
