Even in the end, you found a way to take care of me, to protect me from your departure. You were always there. You saved my life more times than I can count. You taught me how to love, how to respect, how to enjoy life and how to be patient. You taught me a lot, but you didn't show me how to live without you. You took care of me in silence, dried my tears and let me hold your paw in the most difficult moments. You were my shelter, my home.
These last five years have been such an adventure for us, we've faced so much that I felt we were going to defeat everything, even that naughty little bug that was tormenting you.
